4.1 Registration for events and seminars To register you for seminars, conferences, and meetings organised by Fund Seminar. The legal ground is the performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
4.2 Newsletter and commercial communications With your prior consent, we send you our newsletter and information about upcoming events and publications. You may withdraw your consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email or by contacting us. The legal ground is consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
4.3 Responding to enquiries and customer service For handling questions, requests, and complaints submitted via email, phone, or the contact form. The legal ground is legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4.4 Legal obligations In certain cases, we are legally required to process or disclose your data to competent authorities. The legal ground is a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
